One of our customers needed an IP telephony solution that could handle high volumes of international calls and optimize costs while maintaining quality and stability of communications.
Upnet solution
Together with our partners, we have implemented a platform Advanced VoIP, configured with the tariffs of several international operators. The system is able to select automatically the most advantageous route to the called destination, choosing from several available providers. In this way, each call is routed to the cost-optimized route without manual intervention.
Result
With this solution, the customer has achieved a significant reduction in international call costs, along with a higher level of redundancy and reliability due to integration with multiple operators. The system is scalable and efficient, making it ideal for companies with heavy global traffic, such as call centers or international sales teams
