- Contracting method
By requesting an offer, signing a contract or accepting a commercial proposal submitted by Upnet IT SRL, The Customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted this Privacy Policy. Terms and Conditions.
These terms govern all contractual relationships between Upnet IT SRL (hereinafter the „Company”) and the Legal Entity Customer.
- Acceptance of terms
By using the website https://upnet.md or by contracting any IT service provided by the Company, the Customer declares that he is aware of these terms and accepts them in full.
The company may update the document periodically; continued collaboration constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
- Requesting and contracting services
Services can be contracted through:
- Request a quote by e-mail, contact form or telephone;
- signing a commercial contract or personalized proposal;
- issuance of a purchase order by the Customer.
The customer is responsible for providing correct legal and contact details.
Orders become firm only after written confirmation and, where applicable, payment of the agreed deposit.
- Services offered
Upnet IT SRL provides professional IT services, including:
- IT consultancy and infrastructure design;
- administration and monitoring of servers, networks and equipment;
- private, hybrid and multi-cloud cloud solutions;
- Google Workspace integration and support;
- Cyber security management and backup;
- colocation, enterprise hosting and continuity solutions;
- IT outsourcing and technical support for companies.
Services are delivered exclusively on the basis of a personalized offer.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or replace services with prior notice to active customers.
- Prices and trading conditions
Website https://upnet.md aims to informative and do not display public tariffs.
All prices and conditions are communicated individually by commercial offer or contract, depending on complexity, duration and SLA level.
Tenders have limited validity (usually 30 days) and can be updated in line with changes in market costs.
- Payment methods
Payment for services shall be made according to the contractually agreed conditions, by:
- bank transfer to the official account of Upnet IT SRL;
- other methods approved in writing.
The customer is obliged to make payments on time.
Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension of services until the outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
- Payment deadlines and suspension of services
Invoices are due on the date indicated.
Late payment can lead to:
- temporary suspension of services;
- termination of the contract;
- penalties according to the contractual provisions.
Services are reactivated only after full payment of debts and, where applicable, the reactivation fee.
- Contract termination
The customer may request termination of the contract by written notice, sent at least 30 calendar days before the desired date.
Recurring contracts end at the end of the invoiced period.
Amounts paid shall not be refunded for unused periods, except as agreed in writing.
- Availability of services
Upnet IT SRL ensures continuous operation of the IT infrastructure according to agreed SLA levels.
The guaranteed uptime and intervention times are defined in the specific contract.
Scheduled maintenance periods or force majeure events are not included in the uptime guarantee.
- Backups
The company may perform automatic backups for certain services for disaster recovery purposes.
They do not represent a contractual obligation and do not guarantee complete data integrity.
The customer is responsible for implementing its own backup and data retention policies.
- IT services acceptable use policy
This Policy defines the rules and standards applicable to the use of the services provided by Upnet IT SRL, with the aim of protecting the integrity, security and reliability of the infrastructure.
By using the services, the Customer undertakes to comply with these rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services as provided below.
11.1. Enforcement and disciplinary actions
Upnet IT SRL reserves the right to monitor and investigate incidents of abuse, security or suspicious activity.
Depending on the severity, the Company may:
- temporarily suspend services during an investigation;
- restrict access or limit resources to prevent abuse;
- terminate services in case of serious or repeated infringements;
- report illegal activities to the competent authorities;
- cooperate with the relevant institutions in cases of abuse or cyber attacks.
The main goal is to maintain a stable, fair and secure IT environment for all customers.
11.2. Rules of use
The client and the persons authorized by the client must use the services in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova and international standards.
Resale of services without the written consent of Upnet IT SRL is prohibited.
The Services may be used exclusively by the Customer for the purposes set out in the contract.
They are strictly prohibited:
- spamming or phishing;
- Hosting or distributing malicious programs (malware, viruses, ransomware, botnets);
- DDoS attacks, unauthorized scans, brute-force or vulnerability exploits;
- unauthorized access to systems, accounts or networks;
- running services that affect the stability of the common infrastructure;
- use of services for high risk activities (industrial control, critical infrastructure) without written approval;
- hosting illegal, violent, defamatory, defamatory or obscene content;
- distributing material that infringes copyright, trademarks or intellectual property rights;
- use for cryptocurrency mining without authorization;
- using services as anonymous proxy, public VPN or security filter bypass tool.
11.3. Client's responsibility
The customer bears full responsibility for the security, use and content hosted or transmitted over the Upnet infrastructure.
Main obligations include:
- Securely store authentication credentials, SSH/API keys and passwords;
- change default passwords on first login;
- regularly updating systems and applying security patches;
- Implement complex passwords, firewalls and up-to-date software;
- reacting promptly to notifications of abuse or vulnerability submitted by the Company.
The client is responsible for the activity generated from its accounts, including the actions of subcontractors, partners or end-users.
11.4. Prohibited content
The customer must ensure that the material uploaded, stored or distributed through the Upnet infrastructure complies with the law and professional ethics rules.
They are expressly prohibited:
- content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination or terrorism;
- child abuse material (CSAM);
- extremist propaganda or material encouraging illegal acts;
- deepfake content used for deception, harassment or fraud;
- phishing pages, fraudulent schemes, fake investments, scams.
If such activities are detected, Upnet IT SRL can immediately suspend services and report the incident to the authorities.
- Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- security and legality of the activities carried out through the Upnet infrastructure;
- providing accurate and up-to-date data;
- timely payment of contracted services.
Upnet IT SRL is not liable for:
- indirect, commercial or profit losses;
- interruptions caused by external factors;
- improper or abusive use of the services by the Client.
- Processing of personal data
The company processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Purposes include contract management, invoicing, communication and service delivery.

- Force majeure
The company cannot be held liable for non-performance in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, wars, major cyber-attacks, pandemics or other unforeseeable and uncontrollable events.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Republic of Moldova.
Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the municipality of Chisinau.
- Intellectual property rights
All materials on the website Upnet.md (texts, images, logos, codes, design, content) are the property of Upnet IT SRL or its partners.
Reproduction, copying or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
- Final provisions
If any clause is declared null and void, the rest of the provisions remain valid.
Upnet IT SRL reserves the right to change these terms by posting the updated version on the website.
It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check the page to be informed of any changes.
